A creative question

(You want to join to other clans then tell you want to leave.)

This is not clear enough, I'm currently in no clan but I do own a clan/community of my own and registered in a few communities (only on forum but don't really have any rank except for FWS forum)

Overall my question is does it matter if:
I'm registered in another community.
I own a community.
I have ranks in another servers.

If these things really matter that is very odd (oddly enough it matters that you're in a clan ;0)

It does matter.
This rule is important because if you want to become a Kgb2d Clan member,this should be meaning you want to help.So you need enough time to spend to it not to another communities or clans.

The problem is that you can't apply for moderator rank directly.Everyone here that who is Kgb2d Clan member,started with member rank. If you apply and get accepted as a member you get promotion through your effort.

This thing, do I really have to place that tag in my name? Because when I'm moderating I like to spectate without a real name so players wont know who I am and they will feel free to break the rules so I can punish them, I don't even remember when was the last time I contained Se7en in my name...
And that's not only for Kgb2d it's for every single server I moderate such as FWS.

We're not so strict about the rule #16.Also we do the thing that you said,sometimes.
